Depending on where your building(s) are going (and in some cases the length of time the buildings will be there), you’ll likely need a Development Approval (DA) from your local regulatory authority. Our project managers may be able to help you through this process.
No. Many of the same materials, fixtures and fittings that are used in traditional construction are also used in modular construction. We use a range of leading brands in the construction of our buildings and are proud of the quality of our buildings.
Modular building uses state of the art, purpose-built factories to complete much of the construction task in a production line environment. Skilled tradespeople work as a team to deliver a high quality, reliable and consistent building, that is then transported to site and assembled. Assembly on-site is a relatively quick and easy process, as the building is completed and any services (eg electricity, water & the like) are connected and tested.
With much of the building work taking place off-site in purpose-built factories, delays due to adverse weather are all but eliminated. Also, time spent on-site is significantly reduced. Depending on the complexity of the site and design, the on-site time could be as little as 3-5 days!
A suitable space solution in the form of a site accommodation unit is put together individually and according to your requirements (number and type of containers, equipment options, transport routes, etc.). Our Sales Managers always strive to find the solution that is the best value for money for you. Simply send us your enquiry with your specific ideas.
Yes. In most cases, the installation of a container is subject to approval. Whether it is a construction project that requires approval or notification depends on the size and purpose of the container. However, this can vary as building regulations differ from country to country. A submission plan may be required. To be on the safe side with your project, you need to contact the responsible authority e.g. building authority, municipality, city, etc.
General prices are unprofessional at this point. The delivery costs depend on: availability in the BOXER depots, delivery location and container type. Also local conditions and whether a crane is required for offloading also play a role.
A flat and solid surface needs to be prepared on site for the container houses. The minimum requirement starts with screw foundations and extends to strip/point foundations. It always depends on which container you set up and how many containers there are (on top of each other). Therefore, a prior inspection by a trained professional is a prerequisite.
Our containers are manufactured at our own production plants in China. Only high-quality materials are used. Compliance with strict environmental and quality standards is of great importance to us as well.
Depending on the type of container, there are different delivery options. For example, flat-pack containers can be delivered as a set, which saves costs and resources. We also provide every project with unique packaging plan.
